A little about me:  I'm a glass half-full kind of gal.

I've been writing fiction and poetry since I first learned to print.  Come to think of it, I got a U (Unsatisfactory) in first grade because I could only write with my head on the desk and my handwriting was apparently atrocious.  I never could stay within the lines.

On my 30th birthday, I went to see an astrologer, Kay Cole, who said, "You need to surround yourself with people who are givers, not takers; people who are nice to you."  Thanks, Kay Cole, and I'm sorry that when I say your name, I always pronounce it "cake-hole," but that makes me laugh, and I know you don't mind, because you want people to be happy.  And thanks for telling me to follow my art, and thus my dreams.
